Head in the Sand

With ostriches, there has been a common myth, where the ostrich sticks its head in the ground to avoid their problems, but they are doing the opposite, they are protecting their own, and taking care of their eggs when peeking into the sand. By switching the ostrich figure with a human, I like to think it's a way for us to look within ourselves, give ourselves space and practice self-healing in rough times.
